THE LEGAL AGREEMENTS SET OUT BELOW GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE TERAFORT LIMITED APPS AND RECORDINGS AVAILABLE FOR USE ON THE IPHONE, IPAD, IPOD TOUCH, MAC AND OTHER HARDWARE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS PLEASE DO NOT USE OUR APPS.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement and to the collection and use of your information as set forth in our Privacy Policy, whether or not you are a registered user of our services. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, members, contributors, and others who access the service.

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH (OR CANNOT COMPLY WITH) THE AGREEMENT, THEN YOU SHOULD NOT USE THE SERVICE.

The use of our apps is subject to the following terms of use:

• Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the information, performance, completeness, or suitability of the materials in the apps for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors, and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• These apps contain material that is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, audio and video content, and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited unless authorized by us in writing.
• Your use of our apps is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products or information available in our apps meet your specific requirements.
• Unauthorized use of our apps may give rise to a claim for damages.
• The personal data collected for the provision of the service offered through this app, as well as those obtained from your interaction with the app will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

• Subscriptions with a free trial period will automatically renew to a paid subscription.
• Payments will be charged to the iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period and identify the cost of the renewal.
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase.
• All prices are subject to change without notification. We occasionally run promotion prices as incentives or limited-time opportunities for qualifying purchases made during the promotional time period. Due to the time-sensitive and promotional nature of these events, we are unable to offer price protection or retroactive discounts or refunds for previous purchases in the event of a price reduction or promotional offering.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.
• You may cancel a subscription during its free period via the subscription setting through your iTunes Account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the subscription period to avoid being charged. Please visit Apple Support for more details.

Third-Party Services - TERMS OF USE

Terafort Limited may permit certain third party applications to provide content through the App (Third Party Services). The App may be used to send content provided by the Third Party Service between users who have the Third Party Service installed on their device. When you do so, Terafort Limited will share information with the Third Party Service as described in the Terafort Limited Privacy Policy. Terafort Limited is not responsible for and does not control Third Party Services. Terafort Limited provides these Third Party Services only as a convenience to you. Terafort Limited has no obligation to review or monitor and does not approve, endorse, or make any representations or warranties with respect to Third Party Services. You use all Third Party Services at your own risk. When you access a Third Party Service, the applicable third party’s terms and policies apply, including the third party’s privacy policies. You should make whatever investigation you feel necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any transaction in connection with any Third Party Services.
